To create a SmartForm for review import for each new account is not very efficient. You can also clone the Smart Forms from one shop to another with SFF CreateAccpount API.

It possible to manually upload CSV files with new reviews for each shop. Better it would be to automate. Two options:

  1. Leave CSV files on (s)ftp-server. ARI can pick up the files from there.

  2. Skip ARI and directly push reviews to SFF. Ask Mohsin Naeem for advice on how to use SFF API’s.
