With our official eKomi Plugin for Plentymarkets, you can now seamlessly integrate our eKomi review collection and display technology with your shop system and website. Automatically trigger the sending of a review request the moment an order has reached a predefined status, and display any product reviews received automatically on the corresponding product pages with our review container. This allows you to generate and display genuine client reviews, all while we syndicate your seller ratings to Google, Bing, and Yahoo.

  3. Compatibility

    The plugin Ekomi Feedback is designed for use with the Ceres webshop and only works with its logic structure or other template plugins that use the same container logic.

    Requirements:

    • Plugin Ceres
    • Plugin IO

    If Store doesn't have Ceres installed. Then the Plugin can be installed and it will export Orders to the eKomi System but its Smart Widgets part will not work.

    The plugin doesn't work for multi-stores/additional client stores due to an issue on the Plentymarkets side.

  5. Plugin Installation

    5.1. If you don't have an account with eKomi please register with us from https://store.ekomiapps.de/en/register or contact us at support@ekomi-group.com

    5.2. Installation guide

    1. Log in to Admin Panel  https://plentymarkets-cloud-de.com/<your plenty Store ID>



    2. Go to Plugins / plentyMarketplace



      You will be redirected to plentyMarketplace page.

    3. Find the EkomiFeedback Plugin and click on Go to Checkout button.



      Skip this step if EkomiFeedback is already purchased.

    4. Go to Plugins » Plugin set overview

    5. Select the plugin set from the list.



    6.  Click on the Add Plugin button



    7. Install the “EkomiFeedback” plugin
      i. Click on eKomiFeedback plugin.
      ii. Select the latest version
      iii. Click on Install button.



      The plugin will be installed in a few seconds.

    8. Go to the plugin EkomiFeedback  Configuration



    9. Save the Plugin configurations



      • Enable / Disable The Plugin
      • Insert your Interface Shop Id
      • Insert your Interface Shop Secret
      • Enable / Disable Product Reviews ( if enabled, product attributes will also be sent to eKomi i.e.  product id, name, image, and URL )
      • Select Mode. (for SMS, mobile number format should be according to E164)

      • Select Turnaround Time (Order Completion time in days). The turnaround time is a plugin configuration parameter that tells the plugin to check orders that go back that far into the past that match the chosen order state. E.g. you want to send to ekomi all orders that got the status “Order Completion” within the last 10 days, then you set the turnaround time to 10 days.

      • Insert Client Store Plenty IDs. Multiple commas separated Plenty ID can also be added. (optional)



        Plenty ID in the configuration is optional. If not inserted, The plugin will send orders of all stores.

      • Select Product Identifier (How do you identify the product?)
      • Enter Exclude Products (Enter Product IDs/SKUs(comma separated) which should not be sent to eKomi)
      • Enable / Disable Show PRC Widget (Enable this if you want to show PRC widget)
      • Insert token in PRC Widget Token field. (Extract the token from the widget code provided by eKomi and insert here)
      • Choose Order Statuses on which you want to send information to eKomi.
      • Choose Referrer IDs on which you don’t want to send data to eKomi.
      • Click on the Save icon to Save the configuration.

      Note 1: Please make sure, The Shop Id and Secret is correct. In the case of invalid credentials, the plugin will not work.

      Note 2: Please contact support@ekomi-group.com if you want an opt-in function.

    10. Go back to Plugins » Plugin set overview  and select the Plugin set.

    11. Deploy the Plugin set
      i. Activate the Plugin
      ii. Click on the Deploy the Plugin Set button.



      It will take a few minutes and then the productive icon will turn to blue.

    12. Display the PRC widget
      1. On the Configuration page, check Show PRC Widget 
      2. Insert the widget tokens PRC WIdget Token & Mininstars Widget Token in the Plugin Configurations.

               

      3. Configure the Container Links: 
      1. Go to Plugins » Plugin set overview.
      2. Open the plugin set you want to edit.
      3. Open the settings plugin whose containers you want to link.
      4. Click on Container links.
      5. Select the container links where you want to display the Widgets.



      6. Save the links.
