eKomi Plugin for OpenCart allows you to integrate your OpenCart shop easily with the eKomi system. This allows you to collect verified reviews, display eKomi seal on your website and get your seller ratings on Google. This helps you increase your website's click-through rates, conversion rates and also, if you are running Google AdWord Campaigns, this helps in improving your Quality Score and hence your costs per click.

  4. Plugin Installation

    4.1. If you don't have an account with eKomi please register with us from https://store.ekomiapps.de/en/register
    4.2. Installation guides

    1. Extract the ekomi.ocmod.zip file that you were provided within a temp directory.

    2. Open the upload directory from extracted / uncompressed content and you’ll find following directories.
      • admin   
      • Catalog
    3. Place the above directories (contents of upload directory) in the root directory of your site.
    4. Login to OpenCart Admin panel.



    5. Go to Extensions → Extensions.
    6. In Extension List filter, Choose the extension type as Modules
    7. Find Ekomi Integration in the list and click on install button.



    8. After installation, the edit button will be enabled.



    9. Click on the edit button and you’ll see the module’s configuration page.
    10. Enter the Shop ID and Password provided by eKomi.



    11. Select the Order Statuses on which you want order data to be exported to eKomi.



    12. Enable / Disable Product Reviews.



      1234pxIf enabled, products data will also be exported to eKomi along with order data.

    13. Choose API Mode.


        • Email: Customers will receive an e-mail for feedback.
        • SMS: Customers will receive a message for feedback ( if their mobile number is valid ).
        • Fallback: Customers will receive a message If their mobile number is valid, otherwise they’ll receive an e-mail.

    14. Select plugin’s Status as Enabled.



    15. Select plugin's terms and conditions as Agree.



    16. Click on Save the button on top right to save the plugin’s Configuration. By-default it select to agree.
