eKomi Plugin for JTL allows you to integrate your JTL5 shop easily with the eKomi system. This allows you to collect verified reviews, display the eKomi seal on your website, and get your seller ratings on Google. This helps you increase your website's click-through rates, conversion rates, and also, if you are running Google AdWord Campaigns, this helps in improving your Quality Score and hence your costs per click.

2. Compatibility

   Compatible on JTL5 shop, compatible with php 8.1 and JTL shop 5.2.3

   Please note: It is neither compatible on JTL3 nor on JTL4.

   1. Download the plugin ekomi_integration.zip file.

1. Plugin Installation

   1. If you don't have an account with eKomi please register with us from https://store.ekomiapps.de/en/register or contact us at support@ekomi-group.com

   2. Installation guides

      1. Plugin Installation (Admin Panel/Backend)

         1. Download the plugin.

         2. Log in to Admin Panel.

            1. Open

               

         3. Go to Plug-in manager

            1. Open

               

         4. Click on Upload tab.

         5. Browse the Plugin (ekomi_integration.zip) zip file and Upload the plugin by clicking on the Upload button.

         6. Click on the Available tab to see the plugins list. Checkmark the Ekomi integration and click on the Install button.

         7. Click the Active tab Open the Plugin settings by clicking the gear icon in the plugins list under the actions heading.

         8. Save the Plugin Settings.

            2. Set Enabled to “Yes”

            3. Enable / Disable Product Reviews (If enabled, product attributes will also be sent to eKomi i.e.  product id, name, image, and URL)

            4. Insert your Shop ID and Shop Secret.

            5. Choose Order Status on which you want to send information to eKomi

            6. Select Review Mode. (for SMS, mobile number format should be according to E164).

            7. Select Product Identifier (How do you identify the product?)

            8. Accept the Terms and conditions by selecting Yes. The plugin will export orders only if you agree with our Terms and Conditions.

            9. Click on the Save button.

               Note 1: Please make sure, The Shop Id and Secret is correct. In the case of invalid credentials, the plugin will not work.

               Note 2: Please contact support@ekomi-group.com if you want an opt-in function.

   3. Plugin Installation (FTP)

      1. Download the plugin.

      2. Unzip the file in a temporary directory.

      3. Upload it to “{root}/includes/plugins/” directory using FTP/SFTP.

      4. Log in to shop Admin Panel.

      5. Follow steps a.vii, a.viii, a.ix, & a.x
