Download from BigCommerce App StorePlugin Installation
- Login to BigCommerce Admin Panel.
- Go to Apps
- Go to Marketplace & search for “eKomi Feedback”
- Click on Install button.
- Confirm the installation.
- Click on eKomi Feedback under Apps
- You'll see App's Configuration Page
- If you do not have an account with ekomi, please click on Register and create an account
- If you already have an account then click on Login and you'll be redirected to App's Configuration page
Note: Only users with BIGCOMMERCE (PD_BIGCOMMERCE) role will be able to access the plugin configuration page.- Enable / Disable Plugin
- Select Mode. (for SMS, mobile number format should be according to E164)
- Enable / Disable Product Reviews (If enabled, product attributes will also be sent to eKomi i.e. product id, name, image, and URL)
- Select Product Identifier (The unique ID you want to use as the product identifier)
- Enter IDs / SKUs of the products you want to exclude from being exported to eKomi's system
- Choose Order Statuses on which you want to send information to eKomiEnter Widget Token (Provided by eKomi)Select Widget Language
- Select Terms and conditions agree or dis-agree, data will export only if you are agree with our terms and conditions.
- After saving the configuration, the order data will start getting exported to eKomi upon changing its status to any of the statuses selected in the plugin configuration
- If you have provided correct Widget Token then you'll see a widget code after saving the configuration
- Copy the PRC Widget Code Code provided by eKomi support team and place it in your product page where you want to display the widget, the Widget will look like
- Login to BigCommerce Admin Panel.
