Download Plugin

Plugin Installation (Admin Panel/Backend)

1. Download the plugin.

2. Log in to the shop admin panel/backend.

3. Go to Modules -> Modules & Services

4. Click on UPLOAD A MODULE

5. Drag the ekomisff.zip file here or click “select file” and browse to ekomisff.zip and select it. As soon as it is uploaded, it will be auto-installed.

6. Click CONFIGURE to configure the newly installed plugin.

7. Configuration page

   • Enable/Disable Plugin

   • Insert your

   Interface

   • eKomi Shop ID

   • Insert your

   Interface Password

   • eKomi Form ID

   • Insert Transaction ID Prefix (Insert any prefix before the order id)

   • Enable / Disable Product Reviews ( if enabled, the product

   attributes

   • IDs will also be sent to eKomi

   i.e.  product id, name, image, and URL )

8. Select Collection Method. (for SMS, mobile number format should be according to E164)

Select Order Statuses on which you want to send data to eKomi

• Enter the eKomi Widget Width for pop-up width.

• Enter the eKomi Widget Width for pop-up height.

9. Save the configuration
