With our eKomi IFF Installation Plugin for Prestashop, you can now easily integrate our eKomi IFF pop-up form in your shop system and website. Automatically trigger the IFF for reviews on the order confirmation, success or thank you page.

Open

Plugin Installation (Admin Panel/Backend)

1. Download the plugin.

2. Log in to the shop admin panel/backend.

3. Go to Modules -> Modules & Services

4. Click on UPLOAD A MODULE

5. Drag the ekomisff.zip file here or click “select file” and browse to ekomisff.zip and select it. As soon as it is uploaded, it will be auto-installed.

6. Click CONFIGURE to configure the newly installed plugin.

   • Enable/Disable Plugin

   • Insert your eKomi Shop ID

   • Insert your eKomi Form ID

   • Insert Transaction ID Prefix (Insert any prefix before the order id)

   • Enable / Disable Product Reviews ( if enabled, the product IDs will also be sent to eKomi )

   • Enter the eKomi Widget Width for pop-up width.

   • Enter the eKomi Widget Width for pop-up height.

   • Enter the eKomi URL Placeholder for particular order confirmation page, some payment method have own customized order confirmation pages so due to that we add a placeholder which should contains that keyword in the order-confirmation url, otherwise IFF popup wouldn’t appear.

8. Save the configuration

Plugin Installation (FTP)

• Download the plugin.

• Unzip the file in a temporary directory.

• Upload it to “{site-name}/modules/” directory

• Log in to shop backend.

• Go to Modules -> Modules and Services -> Installed Modules and find “eKomi Iff Pop-up”

• Click “configure” to configure it.
