With our official eKomi Plugin for Shopware 6, you can now seamlessly integrate our eKomi review collection and display technology with your shop system and website. Automatically trigger the sending of a review request the moment an order has reached a predefined status, and display any product reviews received automatically on the corresponding product pages with our review container. This allows you to generate and display genuine client reviews, all while we syndicate your seller ratings to Google, Bing, and Yahoo.

  5. Plugin Installation
    5.1 If you don't have an account with eKomi please register with us from https://store.ekomiapps.de/en/register or contact us at support@ekomi-group.com
    5.2 Installation Guide
    5.2.1. Download the plugin.
    5.2.2. Login to the Admin Panel/Backend of the Store


    5.2.3. From the Dashboard navigate To Settings > System > Plugins


    5.2.4. Click on Upload Plugin and select the downloaded plugin zip file


    5.2.5. Refresh the page and the plugin will appear in the list. Click on the 3 dots and Install the plugin And after that Activate the plugin


    5.2.6. Once the plugin is Activated. Click on the 3 dots again and Click on Config to open plugin configuration.


    5.2.7. Configuration Page

    • Enable/Disable Plugin

    • Insert your Ekomi Shop ID

    • Insert your Ekomi Shop Password

    • Select Order Statuses on which you want to send data to eKomi. If no Order Status is selected the plugin will send data of all the order statuses

    • Enable / Disable Product Reviews ( if enabled, product attributes will also be sent to eKomi i.e.  product id, name, image, and URL )

    • Select Collection Method. (for SMS, mobile number format should be according to E164)

    • Select Product Identifier (How do you identify the product?)

    • Enter Exclude Products (Enter Product Number/Product EAN (comma separated) which should not be sent to eKomi)

    • Select the Export Method.
      - Cron  (Will export orders with configured statuses every 24 hours)

    • Select Cron Time (Order Completion time in days). The cron time is a plugin configuration parameter that tells the plugin to check orders that go back that far into the past that match the chosen order state. E.g. you want to send to ekomi all orders that got the status “Order Completion” within the last 10 days, then you set the cron time to 10 days.

    • Leave Last Order Updated empty it will be updated automatically


    Note 1: Please note that the regardless you set the export method to cron. The data will be sent to us only when someone places an order.
    Since there is an issue in Cron methods of the Shopware6 system.

    Note 2: Please contact support@ekomi-group.com if you want an opt-in function.

    5.2.8. Click on Save button and Save the configuration

     

  6. MultiShop Store:
    In shopware - 6 for multistore they used sales channel. In our eKomi plugin configuration screen you can see a dropdown “Sales Channel“ which would appeared with multiShop names for selection.


    To set eKomi plugin for multiStore then it’s important to keep input fields for shop Id and Secret empty when choosing “All Sales Channels“ from a dropdown. You need to set configuration under those sales channels which you like to process for feedback request against store orders and make sure the plugin is enabled on all stores configuration.
