Ekomi Plugin for Thelia allows you to integrate your Thelia shop easily with the eKomi system. This allows you to collect verified reviews, display eKomi seal on your website and get your seller ratings on Google. This helps you increase your website's click-through rates, conversion rates and also, if you are running Google AdWord Campaigns, this helps in improving your Quality Score and hence your costs per click.

4. Plugin Installation

   4.1. If you don't have an account with eKomi please register with us from https://store.ekomiapps.de/en/register or contact us at support@ekomi-group.com
   

   4.2. Installation guides(FTP)
   

   1. Unzip (decompress) the module archive file

   2. Place the EkomiIntegration folder in “{thelia root directory}/local/modules/” folder Using FTP/SFTP

   3. Follow all steps of Method 1 except 4.3.e, 4.3.f, 4.3.g, and 4.3.h

   4.3. Installation guides(Backend)

   1. Login to Thelia backend
      
      
      
      

   2. Go to Modules tab
      
      
      
      
   3. Click on Browse button
      
      
      
      

   4. Select the module zip file and install the plugin
      
      
      

      
      
   5. Locate the new module in the list
      
      
      
      

   6. Enable the module

      
      
      
      
   7. Click on the Configure button
      
      
      
      
   8. Provide required information to enable the module.
      
      
      
      
      • Mode (for SMS, mobile number format should be according to E164)
      • Insert your eKomi Shop ID
      • Insert your eKomi Shop Secret
      • Enable / Disable Product Reviews (If enabled, product attributes will also be sent to eKomi i.e.  product id, name, image, and URL)
      • Choose Order Status on which you want to send information to eKomi
      • Terms and Conditions: The plugin will export data if terms and conditions are accepted, otherwise the plugin won't work.
      • Click on Save button
