Installation guide
a. The merchant should have a store at Shoptet.
b. Open that addon link : https://doplnky.shoptet.cz/spolehliverecenze-cz
c. Click on Green button to order the addon for your store, see screenshot :
d. New widow open and add your store url as like mention in below screenshot :
e. Click on green button in order to proceed forward of addon installation.
f. When installation done then click on addon settings to set your plugin configuration, see screenshot :
g. It will re-direct to eKomi login page and you need to input username and password provided by eKomi support team.
h. If you already have an eKomi account then click on Login and you'll be redirected to the add-on configuration page.
Note: Only users with SHOPTET (PD_SHOPTET) role in Connect will be able to manipulate/update the plugin configuration page.
i. The merchant should go back to their Shoptet admin panel. Get Shoptet store id and fill above configuration form accordingly.
j. Save the configuration.
k. The eKomi system will now start fetching orders from the merchant’s store on regular basis for feedback request.
Add Mini Star Widget and Slider Widget on Product Details Page
Enable the Mini Star Widget on Configuration Page
In the Mini Star Widget Code area, add your provided mini star widget code that you got from the eKomi Panel.
Press on the save button to save the configuration form.
(Optional) Enable the Slider Widget on Configuration Page to show when clicking the mini stars.
(Optional) In the Slider Widget Code area, add your provided slider widget code that you got from the eKomi Panel.
Press on the save button to save the configuration form.
Upon successful save, copy the script tag that is being provided in the below area:
Login into you Shoptet Admin Panel, example: https://xxxxxxxxx.myshoptet.com/admin
On your left hand side in the admin panel go to your Appearance and content → Editor (Shown below).
On the Editor page, go to HTML codes:
In the Header shown in the above image, paste the Script tag here and press on impose (Shown in the below image).
The mini star widget should now be appearing on the product details pages.
Below is an example on where the mini star widget will be displayed at (Below the price of the product: 310 CZK):
If you enabled the slider widget, it will look like this example when clicking on the ministars:
