Plugin Installation (Admin Panel/Backend)
Download the plugin.
Log in to the shop admin panel/backend.
Go to Modules -> Modules & Services
Click on UPLOAD A MODULE
Drag the ekomisff-2.0.2.zip file here or click “select file” and browse to ekomisff.zip and select it. As soon as it is uploaded, it will be auto-installed.
Click CONFIGURE to configure the newly installed plugin.
Configuration page
Enable/Disable Plugin
Insert your eKomi Shop ID
Insert your eKomi Form ID
Insert Transaction ID Prefix (Insert any prefix before the order id)
Enable / Disable Product Reviews ( if enabled, the product IDs will also be sent to eKomi )
Enter the eKomi Widget Width for the pop-up width.
Enter the eKomi Widget Width for pop-up height.
Enter the eKomi URL Placeholder for a particular order confirmation page, some payment methods have their own customized order confirmation pages and due to that, we add a placeholder that should contain that keyword in the order-confirmation URL, otherwise IFF popup wouldn’t appear. e.g. “orderSuccess“. You may add more placeholders separated by commas if your store uses multiple payment gateways. e.g. “order-confirmation,order-success“.
