Download Plugin

Plugin Installation (Admin Panel/Backend)

1. Download the plugin.

2. Log in to the shop admin panel/backend.

3. Go to Modules -> Modules & Services

4. Click on UPLOAD A MODULE

5. Drag the ekomisff.zip file here or click “select file” and browse to ekomisff.zip and select it. As soon as it is uploaded, it will be auto-installed.

6. Click CONFIGURE to configure the newly installed plugin.

   • Enter the eKomi Widget Width for pop-up height.

   • Enter the eKomi URL Placeholder for a particular order confirmation page, some payment methods have their own customized order confirmation pages and due to that, we add a placeholder that should contain that keyword in the order-confirmation URL, otherwise IFF popup wouldn’t appear. e.g. “orderSuccess“. You may add more placeholders separated by commas if your store uses multiple payment gateways. e.g. “order-confirmation,order-success“.
