Main Features released: 

Cross-reference field added to Location creation: Main purpose is to enable clients (mostly insurance) to track their locations with their own reference number. We add a new field of information that helps us track the location/agent/agency by Cross- reference. This is also editable at any time from the location management panel.

  • Previously: Username was the cross-reference, which causes lots of issues because of duplicated usernames, changes could not be done to the cross-reference neither username....
  • Currently: We can add extra information for client reference in bulk and manual and editable at any time. 
  • Benefit: Locations are easily traceable and does not interfere with the username in connect. 


Feedback Engagement App is added as advance on entries tab: It enables customers to start customer dialog as an advance feature - that we can enable/ disable for clients depending on their roles and packages. 

  • Previously: no option to start a customer dialog. 
  • Currently: Can open a customer dialog from the advance option in lite.
  • Benefit: Customer dialog can be started. 


Bulk Import/create organizations and locations in BULK: To be able to create multiple accounts and hierarchies from one upload, process and storage the fields. https://lite.ekomiapps.de/reseller/organizations/new

  • Previously: No ability to import/create in bulk with cross-reference id field 
  • Currently: Ability to import and create in bulk accounts with cross-reference from all Master dashboard. 
  • Benefit: enable insurance master dashboard ( Axa, Allianz, VR network) to create and import in Bulk to lite with cross-reference. #



Others updates include

  1. Ability to create create organisation through deep link and API same as manually via UI. This is important for any partner integration.
  2. When a new account / organisation is added to eKomi, a default account (which can be called location, venue etc) is also added. This simplifies new account setup and will make it a lot easier for automated setup.
  3. We have added support for Google My Business API, to pull reviews rather than crawl them. This makes Google My Business reviews much quicker to handle than before.
  4. Now accounts can be searched on the basis of "cross-reference" ID as well. This allows all multi-tier setup to be able to better manage their accounts.
