eKomi Widgets

eKomi widgets are optimized for Google Rich Snippets as well as search engine visibility. We also provide a huge library of pre-configured widgets that can be used easily on any website.

We provide 3 default widgets that are available in “Publish” section of eKomi Dashboard.

Open

The widgets can be embedded on the website by simply getting the “Get Code Snippet”.

To get more advanced widgets, simply go to “Advanced Widgets” which will auto-login user to https://widgets.ekomi.com/.

Open

Here Create New Widget, will allow user to select any widget template and use it on the website. Note that widgets are multi-lingual and use default language of the browser to show the right language.

We provide lots of different templates in our library. Any of these templates can be chosen.

Creating widget - Step 2 - Modifying Widget template

Important elements are the following:

Facebook Compatible makes the widget compatible with Facebook.

Set as default will make the widget default widget.

Enable Schema Markup for AggregateRating/Review Content/LocalBusiness - all of these are there to select the right Google Rich Snippet code.

Once changes are saved, the widget can be embedded on the website.

Note: To create a completely custom widget, the default eKomi APIs can be used.
