eKomi Plugin for Shopify allows you to integrate your Shopify store easily with the eKomi system. This allows you to collect verified reviews, display the eKomi seal on your website, and get your seller ratings on Google. This helps you increase your website's click-through rates, conversion rates, and also, if you are running Google AdWord Campaigns, this helps in improving your Quality Score and hence your costs per click.

Plugin Installation
3.1. Ifย you don't have an account with eKomi, please register with us from https://store.ekomiapps.de/en/registerย or contact us at support@ekomi-group.com

Go to Shopify App store url to install the app : eKomi Feedback - Automatically collect reviews to build trust and boost sales | Shopify App Store
Log in to Shopify Store Admin with your Shopify credentials:
Click on Install unlisted app
After Installation, "eKomi feedback" will be listed under Apps
Then following screens should be shown after installation and choosing eKomi Feedback app.
The free plan includes all the core functionalities of the plugin, except for the account creation feature. The paid option will continue to have account creation as part of its features.ย
In order to work with App, Please add Interface ID and Interface Password. If you do not have these contact eKomi support team.
After adding InterfaceID and Interface Password please click on โConnectโ button and if credentials are correct It will look like thisโฆ

Once you are connect with ekomi through Connect button, you will able to update following configuration page:

Enabled
Enable / Disable button respectively activate the plugin accordingly (if the plugin is not enabled, eKomi would not receive the data from the shop).Connect To eKomi
This is important that you should have connected with eKomi account, otherwise you wouldn't able to update the configuration.Channel
You specify here how do you want the review request to be sent from eKomi to the end client - via email or SMS. For SMS, the mobile number format should be according to E164.Product Reviews
Yes / No option, if enabled, product attributes will also be sent to eKomi i.e. product ID, product name, product image, and product URL.Product Identifier
In case you have enabled product reviews, here you specify how do you identify the product.Enable the extension
An enable/disabled feature to enable review collection during the checkout process (If not enabled the review form or button will not be displayed for the user)
Once enabled the following will appear below the enable review collection field:

Review Button on Thank You Page (Option One)
Choose a smart review form ID from the list to be used.
ย
Click on Save and if the plugin is enabled, the orders data will be exported to eKomi upon Order Fulfilment for collecting reviews from customers.
For the last step of settting up the plugin is to enable the plugin in the Settings > Checkout > Configurations section, click customise.

On the left sidebar go to the last option โAppsโ

Under โAllโ find โekomi-review-button-extensionโ, click the plus icon, and select โThank youโ
ย
Click Save in the top right and exit. The review button should now show on your thank you page at the end of a customer order.

The โRate Your Experienceโ button should now show on your thank you page at the end of the customerโs order.

Review Collection During Checkout (Option Two)

Choose a seller for your form (default: eKomi)
(The selected seller will change the review form logo)
Choose a smart review form ID from the list to be used.
Once a form has been selected the output will look like this:ย
Click on Save and if the plugin is enabled, the orders data will be exported to eKomi upon Order Fulfilment for collecting reviews from customers.
For the last step of settting up the plugin is to enable the plugin in the Settings > Checkout > Post Purchase section
Select the plugin and click on save, so that the post purchase extension can be enabled on the store and so that it can work with the plugin post purchase enabled setting (Both the enabled settings need to be active in order for the post purchase extension form to be shown).
How the review forms look like after the plugin has been enabled, the plugin was enabled in the checkout settings with a seller option selected (This form will appear after the checkout page was completed):
