eKomi Volusion Plugin allows you to integrate your Volusion shop easily with the eKomi system. This allows you to collect verified reviews, display eKomi seal on your website and get your seller ratings on Google. This helps you increase your website's click-through rates, conversion rates and also, if you are running Google AdWord Campaigns, this helps in improving your Quality Score and hence your costs per click.

  4. Plugin Installation

    4.1. If you don't have an account with eKomi please register with us from https://store.ekomiapps.de/en/register or contact us at support@ekomi-group.com
    4.2. Installation guides

    1. Go to https://plugins-dashboard.ekomiapps.de, you’ll see below screen, please click on “Login via eKomi Connect”



    2. You’ll see the bellow login popup, where you’ll have to log in with the account provided by eKomi.



      Note: Only users with VOLUSION (PD_VOLUSION) The role will be able to access the Volusion plugin configuration page.

    3. Once you have successfully logged in, the application will redirect you to Volusion plugin’s configuration page.



    4. Configuration: In this section, the user has to add their shop credentials and configure the plugin.
        • Product Reviews: Product based reviews ( if enabled, product attributes will also be sent to eKomi i.e.  product id and name )
        • Mode: for SMS, mobile number format should be according to E164.
        • Order Statuses:  Choose Order Statuses on which you want to export information to eKomi.
        • Terms and Conditions: The plugin will export orders only if you are agree/accept with our Terms and Conditions, otherwise not.
        • Shop Url: format: http://{{accountName}}.{{environment}}.com.br
        • Login Email:

          Create new Admin and enter its Login

          • e-mail Login to your Volusion dashboard
          • Go to your Customers tab, then select Administrators
          • Create a new Administrator
          • Set the Access Key as Administrator – note: you can also limit access to the API only in the ‘Customer Access Rules‘
          • Login with your new Administrator account
          • Once logged in, navigate to Inventory ->  Volusion API



          • On Volusion API page, Click the Run button next to Generic\Orders



          • On the Generic Orders page, click on RUN button on Top Right



          • After clicking on RUN, you’ll get an API URL as follows



          • Copy the fields of Login and EncryptedPassword from the URL and put the values in your ekomi dashboard.Encrypted Password:
