Description IDoSell

eKomi IDoSell Plugin allows you to integrate your IDoSell shop easily with the eKomi system. This allows you to collect verified reviews, display eKomi seal on your website and get your seller ratings on Google. This helps you increase your website's click-through rates, conversion rates and also, if you are running Google AdWord Campaigns, this helps in improving your Quality Score and hence your costs per click.

    For now before you start installation process you need to have IDOSELL role assigned to you in connect 


  3. Download Plugin


    - No plugin to download.
    - You Need Rights to Add the Application as well as Open the Application otherwise you wont be able to configure or open the Application in your store

    1. Plugin Installation

      4.1. If you don't have an account with eKomi please register with us from https://store.ekomiapps.de/en/register or contact us at support@ekomi-group.com

      4.2. Login to your store Admin Panel eg "https://your-store-url/panel"




      4.3 Click on the Administration button in Top Menu Bar and Select Individual Applications from the Drop Down menu



      4.4 Click on Add New Application and a Form will open for you



      4.5 Enter "eKomi" in the Name
      4.6 Select "ADMINISTRATION" from Menu in which the link to the application will be visible Drop Down
      4.7 Mark "Yes" from Option Active
      4.8 Mark "" from Option Access to the application for
      4.9 Check "Customer", "Orders", "Goods", "Administration and Settings" from Access to the application for
      4.10 Copy "plugins-dashboard.ekomiapps.de/idosell/install" and Paste it in The main application address
      4.11 Copy "plugins-dashboard.ekomiapps.de/idosell/success      " and Paste it in The address to which the application will be redirected after successful authorization
      4.12 Copy "      fb8458017122da6d1e5eba3046681bc9567307a5" and Paste it in client_id parameter to the authorization serve
      4.13 Copy "      1e39451b6fa563898d7f7df7ecd3dae20b2e5588" and Paste it in client_secret parameter to the authorization server
      4.14 Click on Add button your configuration will be saved 



    2. Go to https://plugins-dashboard.ekomiapps.de/idosell/install  and enter your shop URL.



    3. Authorize the IDoSell shop panel.

    4.  Please click on “Login” If you have credentials. otherwise click on Register.


    5. You’ll see the bellow login popup, where you’ll have to log in with the account provided by eKomi.



      Note: Only users with IDoSell (PD_IDOSELL) the role will be able to access the IDoSell plugin configuration page.

    6. Once you have successfully logged in, the application will redirect you to IDoSell plugin’s configuration page.



        • Enable/Disable Plugin.
        • Mode: for SMS, the mobile number format should be according to E164.
        • Order Statuses:  Choose Order Statuses on which you want to export information to eKomi.
        • Product Reviews: Product based reviews ( if enabled, product attributes will also be sent to eKomi i.e.  product id and name )
        • Select Product Identifier (How do you identify the product?)
        • Enter Exclude Products (Enter Product IDs/SKUs(comma separated) which should not be sent to eKomi
        • Accept Terms and Conditions (Plugin will export orders only if you are agree with terms and conditions, otherwise not.)
